BREVETTI+

 An incentive scheme for the economic development of patents, promoted by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development and managed by Invitalia. 

Brevetti+ ("Patents+") is the incentive scheme for developing the value of the most up-to-date patents and the most qualified projects arising from public and private research results.

Its goal is to support the innovative and competitive capacity of micro, small and medium enterprises through the economic development and exploitation of patents in national and international markets.

Brevetti+ is aimed at the purchase of specialist services for the economic development of a patent in terms of profitability, productivity and market development.

The incentive can fund the purchase of specialist services related to:

• industrialization and engineering,
• organization and development,
• technology transfer.

The scheme provides a non-repayable grant of up to 80%. Eligible expenses also include the construction of prototypes, the production of molds and technical consulting aimed at bringing the product into production.
